Your days. ★ Your photos.
MyCalendar shows your Google Calendar in a clean month view, with the photos you pick from Google Photos shuffling above it.
A calendar that stays on your device
MyCalendar reads and edits the events you choose to manage, and only the photos you pick yourself. There is no MyCalendar server in the middle, so your data is never collected, sold or used for ads.

Common questions
Do I need a Google account?
Yes. MyCalendar shows and edits your Google Calendar events and the photos you pick from Google Photos, so you sign in with Google.
Can MyCalendar see all my photos?
No. It only receives the photos you personally select in Google's photo picker. The rest of your library stays private.
Are my events stored on your servers?
No. MyCalendar has no server of its own. Your events go directly between the app and Google Calendar.
My changes aren't showing in Google Calendar.
Check that you're signed in to the right Google account and that you approved calendar access. Signing out and back in from the app's Settings usually fixes it.
How do I remove MyCalendar's access to my account?
Sign out in the app's Settings, or revoke access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Where can I download it?
Everything is on the Downloads page: iPhone & iPad, Mac, Windows and the web app.
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 28, 2026
MyCalendar ("the app") is a calendar app for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Windows and the web. This policy explains what information the app accesses and how it is used.
Information the app accesses
- Google account profile: your name, email address and profile picture, to show who is signed in.
- Google Calendar data: your calendar events, to display them and to create, edit or delete events at your request.
- Google Photos: only the photos you select in Google's photo picker. The app never sees your other photos.
How the information is used
This information is used only to provide the app's features described on our home page: showing your calendar, syncing your event changes, and displaying your chosen photos.
Storage and sharing
- Data is processed on your device. The app has no server of its own and we do not collect, store or receive your data.
- Selected photos are saved in the app's private storage on your device so they keep working after Google's temporary links expire.
- We do not sell your data, share it with third parties, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI or machine-learning models.
- No humans read your data.
Google API Services User Data Policy
MyCalendar's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your choices and deleting your data
- Sign out in the app's Settings to remove the Google session.
- Remove individual photos from the photo bar, or delete the app to erase everything stored on your device.
- Revoke the app's access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13.
